You bought a new bass guitar , or you already had it, but is still in the corner? You want to but don't know where to start. Via the bass guitar lessons below, we will teach you the basic techniques in addition to bass guitar exercises and bass guitar songs.

 

The bass guitar lessons are accompanied with the online media player and come with professional videos. In the video you can see the teacher in different ways in combination with the bass guitar. The following topics are discussed in the first six chapters:

In part two you will learn the most common right hand techniques for bass players. We learn the natural position of the right arm and the different lengths of the fingers as the basis for the angle at which the strings are struck. Every bass guitar lesson is accompanied by videos and the use of the media player. You will learn, among other things:

  1. The "walking" (finger on and around) of the right hand

  2. Running regularly with the metronome

  3. Make the jump to eighths

  4. Same with drum beat, right hand pulsing (string changes)

  5. Play along with U2's Pride in the name of love

 

In the last part of How to Learn Bass Guitar we will explain how to play the four-fret spread (bass guitar). Finger independence, chromatic scale, major and minor scales, fingerings and more. The bass lessons are played along with Katy Perry's song (bass line). The lessons are of course guided again with the video and media player. You will learn, among other things:

  1. Play four-fret spread, including the spot of the thumb behind the neck

  2. Other sequences for finger independence
