When you use our app, we obtain certain information from you.

This could be personal data.

We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or for which it is clear when provided that it is provided to us for processing.

• Name and E-mail address

• Your (profile) photo

You must first register for certain parts of our app. After registration, we store the personal data you provide via the username you choose. We store this information so that you do not have to enter it again each time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the information linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if this is legally required. In the event of suspected fraud or misuse of our website, we may transfer personal data to the competent authorities.

Take out a subscription
You can take out a paid subscription via our app. For this purpose, we ask you for the information required for payment. These are not used for other purposes.

When using our app, the following data is published so that it is visible to everyone on the internet:

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.

Retention periods
The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. We then store data for a maximum of one year for the described statistical purposes. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the tax retention obligation of seven years for payment data).
